To get the most accurate results when testing:
Try to measure your blood pressure at the same time every day
Please follow the instruction manual to properly apply the cuff on your upper arm
Do not eat, exercise, smoke, or drink alcohol before 30 minutes of the measurement.
During the measurement, sit in a relaxed position with your feet straight in front of you and your arm on the table. Do not cross your legs.
The time between two measurements is at least 5 minutes
